Our Committee and Their Roles
Croft Pre-School has been run successfully via a voluntary management committee for nearly 40 years, providing care and education for children from the term after their 2nd birthday until the time that they start school, and those eligible for funding 2 year funding. The management committee is a friendly team of volunteers, including past and present parents and a member of staff, who meet every half term. Activities and tasks the committee members are involved in include fulfilling our obligations to Ofsted and the Charity commission, budgeting, wage reviews, hourly fee increase reviews, staff supervision & performance management, fundraising, marketing and PR, grant applications and spending.

We can appoint new committee members throughout the year and always welcome new members to our team.
