Welcome To The Croft Pre-School Website
Croft Pre-School has been providing quality childcare to the families of Market Weighton and the surrounding areas for over 40 years.
We take children from 2 years old right up to school age.
Our welcoming team of qualified childcare professionals offer a wealth of experience in caring for children, and create a fun and stimulating learning environment to ensure each child gets the most from their time with us.
Fun, Friendship and Learning
Our motto of ‘Fun, Friendship & Learning’ summarises what we strive to provide for all of the children in our care. Every session includes a broad range of activities, such as ‘messy play’ to encourage creativity, outdoor play to develop balance and co-ordination, and various activities to help with numeracy, writing and building skills for the future.
We encourage our children to play together, developing the ability to form friendships which they take with them to school and beyond.
We want all our children to feel happy and safe with us so we work with parents to ensure children settle in.
Our experienced staff recognise, understand and respond to children’s individual needs to ensure we provide them with interesting activities that are appropriate for their age and stage of development.
We encourage parents to be actively involved in Pre-School with opportunities to attend our ‘come and play’ times during sessions. Parents/Guardians can influence how we work by joining our committee.
